  • How many devices can I use Creative Cloud on?

Your Adobe license allows you to install your apps on one device and stay signed in on one device at a time.

  • Is my Creative Cloud access limited to class-related work only?

Your Adobe license allows you to use the applications for class-related work and for personal projects.

  • How long will my access last?

Regardless of whether you have purchased a license or applied for a free one, it will end on 27 November 2022. To continue access to Adobe Creative Cloud, you are required to renew your license after this date. Should the University provide students with a new license arrangement, please refer back to this page in the future.

  • Why has the license been made free?

The University was not made aware of the availability of the limited free licenses until very early on August 19th. The updates to public information were made as quickly as possible, after necessary approvals within University departments, so students could avail of this change.

  • Can I obtain a refund in full or in part?

The University negotiated the previous heavily discounted offer for all students. For licenses purchased on or before August 18th, you will not be able to obtain a refund in full or in part if you have purchased an Adobe CC license from the University.

  • I already have a Creative Cloud subscription. Can I migrate my content or terminate that subscription?

Please contact Adobe’s Support Team, who will be in the best position to advice on your current subscription. If you purchased from Adobe, learn how to cancel your plan. Please note that cancellation fees may apply with personal subscriptions and it is up to you to adhere to Adobe's cancellation terms.

  • What happens to my license and files when I graduate or leave?

Your Creative Cloud license will end when you graduate or leave the University. You can set up an Adobe ID and migrate your files to this personal account. Refer to How to migrate your content?

  • What happens to my subscription and files when I take a leave of absence from study?

This offer is only available to active students. You will not have access to Creative Cloud if undertaking a leave of absence from studying.
