Your University of Melbourne student account will be disabled following a 12-month grace period.
Therefore, you will only have this period to be able to download your Google Data using Google Takeout before your data is revoked from University systems.
What you need to do

Start a Google Takeout
Ensure the account that you beginning a take out for is correct by checking the logged-in account is your student account in the top-right corner.
